Nutrition is one of the most important components of human life. Healthy nutrition plays an important role in continuation of human life healthily. Food chain must be healthy and of a high quality from production to fresh consumption on tables.

Food safety covers production of fruits in conformity with international standards and storage, transportation and sales of the same in accordance with hygiene rules. Achieving such standards is one of the most important components of exportation in particular. It is a known fact that products are returned in exportation from time to time. The most important reason of such situation is products that are not in conformity with various standards, such as HACCP and EAC etc.

One of the biggest problems, which is faced in exportation of fruit products, is detection of pesticide or fertilizer residues in products. The reason of such residues may not only be related with pesticides and fertilizers, but also soil or water with which fruits are grown. Therefore, soil and water analyses must be performed in fields where production is made, and production must be made in conformity with HACCP food safety standards to prevent occurrence of problems during exportation of fruits, and products must be isolated from pesticide or fertilizer residues completely.

In Motto Fresh, we place great emphasis on food safety to ensure healthy consumption of fruits, which are one of the most critical elements of the food chain, with high quality in international standards. In this context, we control the food chain from procurement and packaging of products till delivery of the same to customers within the framework of ISO 22000 HACCP Foot Safety Management System.

We supply healthy and fresh fruits via our specialists, and we transport them to our processing facility, which operates in conformity with international standards, and we package them in a hygienic environment. The most important factor in packaging is to make sure that products are not in contact with oxygen. Otherwise, packaged products may be deteriorated in a short period. We extend the shelf life of products by packaging them in an oxygen-free environment.
